Workshop Presentation: ACA Cascadia Camps Conference

At the American Camp Association Cascadia camps Conference, I delivered a workshop titled, "When Your Staff Just Don't Understand - All Summer Long." This workshop was an opportunity to present research conducted in conjunction with my doctoral advisor (Dr. Sharon Stoll) at the University of Idaho. I also engaged camp leaders in a facilitated discussion related to problem-solving common staff training shortfalls and how to address them throughout the summer.
